About this role
Behaviour Interactive is hiring a Senior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team for a 6-month contract, with possibility of extension based on business needs. You'll partner with our Talent Acquisition Business Partners and studio leadership to recruit senior and specialized talent for projects including Dead by Daylight, original IP currently in development, and the AAA partnership work that has helped make Behaviour one of the largest independent studios in the world.
This role is built for a recruiter who finds their best work in proactive recruitment. Sourcing, market mapping, candidate engagement, and closing are the core of the day-to-day.
