About this role
For our Swiss commercial entity we are recruiting for a field based Care Network Manager About This Role: As a Care Network Manager (Rare Disease), you will collaborate closely with healthcare professionals to identify patients with rare diseases, facilitate referrals to specialized Centers of Excellence, and establish, strengthen, and optimize care networks across all therapeutic areas in scope throughout German-speaking Switzerland. What You’ll Do: Support HCPs in identifying patients with rare diseases (e.g. Friedreich`s Ataxia) or other prioritized conditions and manage high-profile accounts independently. Drives awareness and improvements in defined prioritized target accounts (e.g. neurologist & GP offices) for rare diseases, enhancing patient diagnosis and linkage to care.…
