About this role

Biocytogen is seeking a high-impact, early-career technology specialist to take ownership of critical digital systems that support our fast-growing CRO operations. As the IT & Digital Systems Integration Specialist, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our digital platforms—including CRM systems, analytics tools, new platform deployments, and cybersecurity protocols. This is not a passive support role. You will be expected to drive integration projects, make technical decisions, and collaborate directly with business, science, and operational teams.
