The Human Resources Generalist (HRG) is responsible for delivering core HR services and ensuring the effective execution of programs that support leaders, employees, and organizational objectives . This role provides hands-on support in areas such as employee onboarding, empl oyee relations, benefits and leaves of absence, HR data management, Bison Culture events , etc . Acting as a key resource for employees and leaders, the HRG ensures HR processes are accurate , timely , and compliant with company policies and applicable legislation.
