THE ROLE
When a client signs up for Blank Metal training, the live session is the moment they decide whether we're worth it. A clean run — the Zoom configured right, the chat humming, the breakout rooms landing on time, every trainer knowing exactly what they're on the hook for — is invisible when it works and impossible to hide when it doesn't. Right now that orchestration lives in a few people's heads. We need someone to own it.
As our Training Producer, you are the person who makes each training experience great. You're the single point of contact for everyone involved: Blank Metal trainers, supporting staff, and the client. For everything that isn't the teaching itself.…
