A DAY IN THE LIFE Managing teams of self-perform c rews and any subcontractors that may be assisting Tracking and controlling the costs and schedule of the project at the field level Responsible for overall safety of personnel within the scope of work Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the field in a timely manner Providing regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons WHAT YOU’LL NEED Must be a current Michigan resident and possess a Michigan Master Electrician License Self-perform Substation construction experience up to 3 45k V 5 years’ experience supervising self-perform construction crews Progressive view on both safety practices and program implementation Ability to review the bid package for accuracy, completion, and electrical scope Able to pas…
