A DAY IN THE LIFE Provides leadership of project controls personnel assigned to a project management team. Ensures all Blattner project controls processes and deliverables are efficiently executed and delivered to the project team. Is a subject matter expert in the analysis of project data and provides recommendations for improvements to processes to Director - Portfolio and Project Controls and project management teams ensuring controls remain standardized and consistent across all business units. STEP INTO THE ROLE Oversees the assigned project controls team and third-party consultants in support of project controls team deliverables to Project Management. Provides support, performance evaluation, time approval, recruitment, mentorship to the project controls team.…
