#LI-Remote A DAY IN THE LIFE The Manager II, Technical Training is responsible for designing, executing, and evaluating technical and craft training programs, integrating safety and quality training, in direct alignment with Blattner's Operational Performance strategy. This role serves as a performance partner to Operations: translating field capability gaps into targeted interventions, building systems that support a culture of craft development, and helping Operations own its outcomes. STEP INTO THE ROLE Partners with field leaders and OP professionals to identify crew capability gaps, co-develop training responses, and verify that interventions translate into measurable performance.
