About this role

You will write everything from breaking news on proposed regulations to longer term enterprise stories that companies and consumers care about. You will be the tip of the spear on our biggest stories on influence in Sacramento and why what is happening there matters to corporations across the country and lobbyists in Washington, DC. You will drive coverage on national trends and highlight key state and local developments. What you will do : Report and write news articles and breaking news alerts, often on deadline. Cover news as it happens, live and in person, including at courthouses, state legislatures, and other strategic locations within your assigned region.…
