Client Service Manager 2 (INDG)

Manages engagement efforts and supports select customer accounts to drive greater customer satisfaction and utilization of assigned products to maximize customer retention. Provides account training, acts as a liaison between assigned accounts and sales representatives and other Bloomberg Industry Group departments, identifies up-sell opportunities, and answers customer inquiries in a timely fashion. Primary Responsibilities : Serves as the primary point of contact for users within an existing client in the field, focusing on increasing users, usage, engagement and renewals.
