About this role
We are looking for a detail-oriented KYB and Onboarding Operations Specialist to support the onboarding of institutional, crypto, Web3, fintech and financial services clients. This is an internal, non-client-facing role focused on KYB reviews, onboarding case management and operational coordination. Proficient, hands-on experience using Sumsub is a key requirement for this role. Crypto or digital asset experience is a strong advantage. Duties & Responsibilities Review KYB applications and corporate documentation, including ownership structures, directors, UBOs and authorised signatories. Use Sumsub to review applications, manage case statuses, identify gaps and maintain accurate case records.
