POSITION SUMMARY: This position will work within the Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) providing urgent assessment/intake services as well as maintaining a panel of patients receiving evidence-informed ongoing care. The CBHC Clinician works as part of a multi-disciplinary treatment team to assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and provide services and supports in line with patient preferences and clinical necessity. Utilizing clinical social work techniques and theory in an urgent care setting providing short term, solution-focused treatment.
