About this role
Laboratory Technician Assistant (clinical lab assistant/phlebotomist) Full-Time, 40hrs/week, 5a-5p weekdays 5a-9a weekends every other weekend holiday rotation. Job Summary Performs, under minimal supervision, daily workflow management of the section. Training and competency of all new LTAs as well as phlebotomy students and makes recommendations on skill assessments. Works collaboratively to monitor phlebotomy status reports to provide phlebotomy services in a timely manner. May be required to perform the duties and responsibilities of LTA, Phlebotomist and/or CLA as required for patient care. Finds coverage when needed. Qualifications Minimum Education and Experience High School Diploma or Equivalent Phlebotomy experience and lab experience required.…
