Medication Refill Center Pharmacist-Per Diem

POSITION SUMMARY: Under the supervision of the manager, and according to department policies, and procedures, and guidelines, is responsible for managing prescription refill requests submitted to the clinic departments serviced by the Medication Refill Center. This position is for a pharmacist who will work on approvals for refill renewal requests received by the serviced clinic(s) under a scope of practice agreement.
