Maintaining and protecting the safety and health of BNL employees, the public, and the environment is our mission. Our safety professionals and technical staff provide expertise in support of the overall BNL mission by assisting in the implementation of the Brookhaven National Lab (BNL) Standards-Based Management System (SBMS) Subject Areas. The Hazardous Energy Control Work Practice Expert will serve as the institution’s Hazardous Energy Control Subject Matter Expert. Serve as the Laboratory's primary resource for the Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) Program and hazardous energy control. Provides guidance to staff, conducts field observations, supports procedure development and compliance, and promotes continuous improvement in hazardous energy control practices.…
