Hiring Company: Delicatessen Services Co., LLC Overview: Maintain all facets of the fixed asset process for 5 manufacturing facilities, including maintaining Oracle Fixed Assets, monitoring Oracle Construction-In-Progress, prepare monthly reports, reconcile fixed asset sub-ledger to general ledger control accounts and prepare monthly journal entries. Job Description: Responsibilities: 1. Fixed Asset Process Review construction-in-progress related invoices for proper accounting treatment. Add new capital projects to Oracle Fixed Asset Subledger. Review Oracle Mass Additions for proper transfer of invoice lines. Closely monitor Oracle Construction-In-Progress activity and place assets in service on a monthly basis.
