Tanggung Jawab Utama (Key Accountability): Melakukan inspeksi rutin pada sistem kitchen, listrik, plumbing, dan mekanikal. Melakukan perbaikan ringan pada peralatan, fasilitas, dan infrastruktur properti. Merespon dengan cepat permintaan maintenance dari tim operasional. Mencatat aktivitas maintenance serta melaporkan isu besar kepada atasan. Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan dan jadwal preventive maintenance. Memantau serta mengelola penggunaan alat kerja dan suku cadang (spare parts). Kualifikasi: Pendidikan minimal SMK (diutamakan jurusan teknik, listrik, atau mekanikal). Pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang maintenance; pengalaman di industri F&B restaurant menjadi nilai tambah. Mampu membaca manual peralatan dan diagram dasar.…
