Quality Workplace Coach Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Quality Workplace Coach to join the Renton Final Assembly Team based out of Renton, Washington . This position is for Shift 2. The QWPC team is looking for an enthusiastic Quality Workplace Coach who is passionate about motivating and inspiring others. In this role, you will support quality inspectors and manage Structured On-The-Job activities. Ideal candidate will be Subject Matter Expert (SME) in inspection methods and quality processes, with hands-on experience and proficiency in Non-Conformance Record (NCR) writing.
