About this role
Attività: Gestione Ticket e richieste di manutenzione straordinaria rete negozi supportando il Facility Manager. Richiesta preventivi fornitori, gestione ordini e conferme e controllo. Interfacciamento con Fornitori e negozi per pianificazioni interventi. Gestione impianti e utenze da remoto. Programmazione Manutenzioni ordinarie da contratto, gestione planning interventi supportando il Facility Manager. Raccolta e archiviazione certificazioni impianti e verbali di verifica. Organizzare azioni correttive in store per adeguamenti normativi sulla sicurezza in collaborazione con Facility manager e RSPP. Collaborazione e realizzazione reporting: Budget, actual e forecast dei Costi Manutenzione.…
