Dabei verstehst du dich nicht als klassische Kontrollinstanz, sondern als Führungskraft, die Orientierung schafft, Zusammenarbeit fördert und Menschen befähigt, Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Du hilfst deinem Team dabei, Entscheidungen zu treffen, Herausforderungen eigenständig zu lösen und Projekte wirtschaftlich, qualitativ hochwertig und termingerecht abzuwickeln.
