About this role

Key Accountabilities  Responsible for components design and development.  Responsible for application and type selection of coupling / clutch, damper, DMF, etc..  Responsible for Design Release Review (DRR) of coupling / clutch, damper, DMF.  Responsible for TFC sign off, and technical negotiation with the suppliers for the print and specifications, cooperate with GSM and Quality cross function departments.  Responsible for creating and maintaining the DFMEA of coupling / clutch, damper, DMF, shall use the related product DFMEA’s, Product Safety Goals, and the SC Master List to identify component-level special characteristics (SC’s) in accordance with the Special Characteristics Procedure.…
