About Home | Bosch Home Comfort Group Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage technical cost-down (VAVE) projects across the HVAC product lifecycle (from cradle to grave); deliver defined cost savings and performance targets. Conduct value analysis and function-oriented cost modeling (BOM rationalization, part substitution, design-to-cost, target costing, TCO assessment) with Design/Engineering and Manufacturing. Develop, track, and report project plans, milestones, savings realization, and risks; maintain accurate project data in systems. Drive supplier engagement for VAVE activities: select, qualify, and collaborate with suppliers to achieve cost reductions, participate in negotiations, and manage supplier development plans.…
