About this role

Boulder Care is hiring experienced Nurse Practitioners aligned with harm reduction principles. In this position, you will work directly with patients to deliver medication for opioid use disorder (MOUD) in a fully remote outpatient setting. Clinicians in this role independently initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment within a structured, team-supported model of care. This is a 100% remote, full-time, W2 position.
