About this role
Provides psychotherapy to assigned youth and their families, which includes, but is not limited to individual, family, and group therapy. Generally, uses interventions based on Cognitive-Behavioral theory. Leads assigned youth’s multidisciplinary team, completes initial assessments, develops a Comprehensive Treatment Plan for assigned youth, and ensures appropriate discharge planning. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES Completes an initial Biopsychosocial Assessment and Initial Comprehensive Treatment Plan for each assigned youth within 14 days of admission. Documents all therapeutic interactions with youth and their family/guardian on an ongoing basis following all program and hospital guidelines for documentation.…
