Associate Director, Incentive Compensation Location: Boston, MA (hybrid 3x a week) Introduction to the role The Associate Director, Incentive Compensation, Hematology/Nephrology will play a critical role in the success of Alexion’s Hem/Neph business and the Business Operations and Commercial Effectiveness organization! We are looking for someone who will be a critical business partner to US Hem/Neph and is accountable for leading and administering the end to end Incentive Compensation process for the Hem/Neph division.
