About this role

This is what you will do: The Energy & Sustainability Engineer will support the execution of the site-wide Energy & Sustainability Programme, ensuring all energy systems operate efficiently, reliably, and in line with Alexion’s compliance and decarbonisation objectives. The role will focus on identifying, delivering and sustaining energy reduction initiatives, improving system performance, strengthening environmental reporting, and embedding best-practice energy management across the site. The incumbent will collaborate closely with the Energy & Sustainability Lead, Engineering, Utilities, Facilities, Manufacturing, and Quality to drive continuous improvement, optimise energy usage, and support the development of a forward-looking, data-driven sustainability roadmap for the site.…
