About this role
SUMMARY: The Controls Wiring Field Supervisor leads a team of Controls wiring field technicians to enhance the performance of Control wiring technicians. Also responsible for the continuous training, growth and improvement of Controls Wiring field techs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Coordinating with PM on the start date and manpower needs
Serves as liaison between the field and the office
Assists with onboarding process for new technicians
Provides regular feedback and coaching to technicians on their performance to expectations
Hiring field associates based on workload. This also includes working with a temp staffing company if additional manpower is needed…
