About this role

As Vice President of Investments, you will be an integral member of the Bridge Logistics Properties (BLP) team and will play a primary role in the identification of new acquisition and development opportunities in the Central US, primarily focused on the Texas markets of Dallas-Fort Worth, Austin and Houston. You will have comprehensive responsibilities related to new acquisitions and developments ranging from sourcing, underwriting and analytics, structuring, negotiating, due diligence, and closing. This is both a qualitative and quantitative position requiring strong analytical, critical thinking and writing skills with direct responsibility over properties held by our value add and development funds as well as separate account clients.…
