Job Description: Job Summary: A Client Access Representative is responsible for performing complex/multiple clerical support functions within clinician office practices having a high volume of public contact with clients/patients. The Client Access Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service while consistently meeting or exceeding the department goals and expectations.
