About this role
Menjadi PIC dan penghubung utama antara client dengan tim operasional Valuable Cargo. Menerima dan menindaklanjuti permintaan client terkait pickup, delivery, shipment, dan layanan valuable cargo. Memastikan kebutuhan dan instruksi client diterima serta disampaikan dengan benar kepada tim operasional. Melakukan monitoring status pengiriman dan memberikan update kepada client sesuai kebutuhan. Berkoordinasi dengan tim Operations, Transport, Vault, Security, dan Customer Service terkait pelaksanaan layanan. Menindaklanjuti kendala seperti delay, discrepancy, failed delivery, atau exception dan melakukan eskalasi kepada pihak terkait. Memastikan setiap keluhan atau permintaan client ditangani sesuai SLA.
