Monitoring status ATM (online/offline) secara real-time Mengecek kondisi operasional ATM (cash, kertas struk, error, jaringan) Menerima dan mencatat laporan gangguan ATM Melaporkan issue ke teknisi/FLM untuk penanganan Melakukan follow up sampai ATM kembali normal Koordinasi dengan tim terkait untuk percepatan perbaikan Memastikan SLA (waktu penanganan) terpenuhi Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan Input data incident ke sistem monitoring Menjaga akurasi data dan dokumentasi operasional ATM
