Job Profile Summary The Talent Business Partner (TBP) is an experienced, results-oriented human resources professional who serves as a key member of the Talent and Culture team. The TBP partners with senior leaders, managers, institutional departments, and Pathways leadership to deliver responsive, strategic, and effective HR support aligned with Broward College’s mission, vision, and organizational priorities.
