SUMMARY: Under the direct supervision of the Cardiovascular/ Elecrtophysiology Laboratory Manager and according to established protocols, assists clinically and technically in invasive and non-invasive cardiac catheterization/ electrophysiology procedures utilizing specialized equipment while maintaining patient safety and comfort. Sets up, operates, and maintains specialized physiological systems and instrumentation used for patient monitoring during cardiac catheterization/ electrophysiology procedures. May assist physicians in the preparation and performance of procedures. Acquires, enters, and records data and performs various tests and calculations. Shares essential information through documentation and verbal communication.…
