SUMMARY: Under the general supervision of a laboratory manager and in accordance with established policies and procedures, prepares specimens of human body tissue and body fluids for microscopic evaluation by a pathologist in order to provide diagnostic information on diseases from surgical and post-mortem tissue specimens. Processes and prepares specimens for routine and some non-routine procedures.
