Sr Patient Access Rep

SUMMARY: Under the general direction of the Supervisor of Patient Registration, coordinates the work of Patient Registration Representatives through scheduling, monitoring, and assisting to ensure accurate and timely patient registrations in the Emergency Department. Prepares monthly statistical reports and coordinates various projects as needed. Orients new admitting department employees to the computer system and selected shift procedures. Acts as a resource in the absence of the Patient Registration Supervisor as needed.
