SUMMARY: Under general supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program Manager, Program Supervisor and the Medical Director and in accordance with established policies and procedures, evaluates, provides physical assessment and performs all other duties pertaining to the individualized patients plan of care for cardiac, pulmonary, and vascular patient populations.
