SUMMARY: Provides support to the Director, Behavioral Education and the management function in the area of data retrieval, creating databases, developing reports, maintaining statistics and other informational reports. Assists department and/or medical staff in evaluating data and implementing changes where necessary. Ensures standards of Hospital training and education program, Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (Joint Commission) and other regulatory agencies are met. Assists the Department and/or medical staff in the creation of education presentations and materials utilizing a full spectrum of computer audio visual and graphic applications.
