SUMMARY: The Lead Medical Assistants reports to the Ambulatory Clinical Manager and/or Practice Manager. Under the general supervision and in accordance with established policies and procedures, coordinates daily activities of Medical Assistants. Assists in the development of staff schedules and work assignments to provide for efficient practice operations. Ensures adherence to established standards of safety and quality by medical assistant staff. Provides guidance to support personnel in collaboration with the Ambulatory Clinical Manager and the Practice Manager and providers.
