SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Facilities Services the Manager of Facilities Services plans, directs, coordinates and controls all facility maintenance to ensure safety, life safety, proper healing environment and a positive human experience for our Patients, Families, Students and Team Members. Manages the procurement, installations, operations, maintenance and repairs to major building assets and their components comprised of grounds, envelope, mechanical, plumbing, electrical fire alarm interior finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment.
