SUMMARY: Under supervision of the Manager, Outreach Services, is responsible for covering at various Outreach Patient Service Centers (PSC’s), traveling to patient’s homes, Assisted and Long-Term Care (LTC) facilities. Performs responsibilities associated with the day-to-day PSC and Home Draw operations including customer service, training, patient registration, test ordering, venipunctures, specimen processing, specimen tracking and supplies in accordance with established policies and procedures.
