SUMMARY: Reports to the Clinical Director of assigned residential facility. Responsible for the administrative and clinical supervision of program based online residential care counselor staff on a 24-hour basis. Provides implementation and supervision of the individual behavior treatment plan and of the behavioral management of the program.
