About this role

Job Purpose: BTIG seeks an Investment Banking Business Manager in our New York office. This individual will partner with senior bankers and key stakeholders (Finance, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Technology, HR, Risk) to drive the operational, financial, and strategic execution of the Investment Banking platform. This role focuses on improving business performance, enabling growth initiatives, ensuring robust controls, and delivering high-quality reporting and governance. Must be willing to work in NY office 5 days a week - no remote options.
