Job Title: Library Substitute - PRN Department: Library External Hiring Range: - Posted Internally and Externally Buncombe County Libraries is hiring for part-time temporary (PRN) Library Substitutes. These Substitutes will work from various library branches filling shifts as needed to ensure appropriate staffing levels at each branch. These positions will work 19 hours per week or less. PRN is an as-needed position filled by an individual whose duties and responsibilities are required on an annually-recurring, seasonal, or on-call basis.
