Position Summary The Market Manager is responsible for facilitating and achieving sales productivity, sound operations, leadership goals and service excellence within their respective market, executing needs-based sales of all company products and services. The position is also responsible for coaching and mentoring Banking Center Managers and Branch associates to achieve these goals through the promise of Service Excellence.
