Senior Corporate Paralegal

Position Summary The Senior Corporate Paralegal assists the legal team by providing, under the direction of attorneys, analysis, assistance, recommendations related to legal matters that arise and research support services, project management and regulatory filing support. Interacts with a diverse group of external stakeholders, including regulators, process servers, and outside counsel for the company and adverse to the company, as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization Duties & Responsibilities Provide research, project management and regulatory filing support and serve as an extension of the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary on a daily basis.
