Mid- Level Construction Estimator / Preconstruction Estimator We are seeking a Construction Estimator / Preconstruction Estimator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for developing accurate construction estimates, quantity takeoffs, budgets, and bid proposals for a variety of general construction and mixed-use projects . The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of construction estimating experience and is comfortable reviewing construction drawings, performing quantity takeoffs, obtaining subcontractor and supplier pricing, and developing competitive project estimates.
