About this role
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to join strategic digital transformation initiatives focused on travel assistance and medical provider services. You will play a key role in designing user-centered experiences for provider portals, geotracking solutions, and operational platforms, collaborating closely with Product, IT, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX design initiatives for complex digital products. Conduct user research, usability testing, and insight synthesis. Create personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes. Design high-fidelity interfaces and interactive experiences in Figma.
