About this role

DEINE AUFGABEN: Du unterstützt das Team operativ und strategisch bei der Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten – sowohl im Eventbereich als auch im Tagesgeschäft (z. B. Webinar-Setups, interne Abläufe, Termin- und Kommunikationsmanagement). Du bringst ein gutes technisches Verständnis mit und fühlst dich sowohl im Event- als auch im digitalen Umfeld sicher (Kamera, Ton, Webinar-Tools). Gleichzeitig hast du den Anspruch, Prozesse durch den Einsatz von KI und Automatisierung effizienter und skalierbarer zu gestalten. Das Aufbereiten von Präsentationen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und strukturierten Recherchen zu Dienstleistern, Locations, Kooperationen, Fachthemen und Marktentwicklungen, gehört zu deinem Aufgabenbereich.…
