Som kunderådgiver, vil du jobbe på Specsavers teamet med 100% fokus på Kundeservice. I rollen som kunderådgiver vil du håndtere innkommende og utgående samtaler fra eksisterende kunder, i tillegg til chat-løsning. Du vil hjelpe kundene med spørsmål om ordre og produkter på en måte som gjør at vi når målene våre. Du vil jobbe fra våre nye og romslige lokaler i Benalmádena-Málaga hvor du vil bli en del av Webhelpfamilien.…
