Dein Aufgabengebiet Gestalten Sie die Zukunft intelligenter Prozesse Im Personalbereich entwickeln wir für unseren Automotive Kunden agentenbasierte Lösungen, die den Weg vom Prototyp bis zum produktiven Einsatz in wenigen Wochen statt in Quartalen schaffen. Als Teil unseres agilen Agentic AI Teams entwickeln Sie KI-gestützte Prozesse und bringen innovative Anwendungsfälle gemeinsam mit Fachbereichen, IT und unserem KI-Produktteam in die Praxis. Ihre Aufgaben Analyse von HR- und Geschäftsprozessen hinsichtlich Daten, Entscheidungslogiken und KI-Potenzialen. Konzeption und Umsetzung von KI- und agentenbasierten Lösungen sowie Entwicklung intelligenter Prozessarchitekturen.
